St Leonards Extension

The client wanted to bring more sunlight into their kitchen, and improve the appearance of the old garage.
Working with Architect Gary Martin, we designed a complimentary addition to the classic home, in a very similar style to the 90 year old home.
The concept of the dining room extension with huge areas of glazing to the north and west was an idea Gary had, and we bought it all together under a roof featuring a very similar aesthetic languauge to the existing home.
The new kitchen was conceived by Gary, with developed design by us.
